About Us

Carbon Consult Limited has been founded by Fleur Baguley. Fleur is an experienced sustainability specialist with expertise in the environmental and sustainability industry. She has a varied and diverse range of experience in all building sectors and has delivered numerous Environmental and Sustainability Assessments and strategies. Fleur is a qualified and registered BREEAM assessor and Accredited Professional (AP). She has experience on a range of other Environmental Assessments such as LEED, Code for Sustainable Homes, Ska Rating and DREAM as well as providing strategic sustainability advice and reports to private and public sector clients.

Carbon Consult is working on projects across the country, many of which are in the South West. Taking a pragmatic approach to projects enables our clients to save money whilst achieving outcomes which are sustainable and of high quality. Working with architectural firms, contractors and developers on projects seeking environmental certifications we aim to deliver an efficient and sleek assessment process.
